With over 10 years of international experience across North America, Europe, and Asia, Ben is the Managing Director of Ross Management.

Starting as an engineer with a mindset of work smart, not hard; Ben is still all about doing things once, building templates, and implementing processes that are designed for scale.

In the energy industry, Ben led teams through engineering design and facility construction for some of Canada's largest energy companies. He also played a role in developing corporate strategy for several organisations. His creative approach to problem solving has earned clients more than $30M in additional revenue. In manufacturing, Ben took electronic products from conception to mass production for global clients, delivering thousands of solar powered or cellular connected products across the globe. In tech, he has taken 4 early stage companies from scratch to standardised operational processes that slash non-productive time by up to 50% and prepare them for growth and outside financing. He has also taught the principles of design thinking and digital leadership to executives at several Fortune 100 companies across Asia with Decoded.

Ben has worked with numerous early stage ventures on strategy, operations, experience design, and strategic financing. He is a co-founder in a real estate holding company, a venture partner in a HK family office early stage fund, and founder of a professional network (TecHK) holding quarterly events in his spare time.
